ALH Recruitment is seeking reliable, self-motivated Terminal Labourers to join our client’s bulk storage and handling facility in Murarrie, Brisbane. This is a great opportunity to secure consistent, well-paid work with a strong safety culture and supportive team environment.
About the Role As a Terminal Labourer, you’ll play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. Duties include:
- Assisting with unloading trucks and transferring grain onto conveyor belts
- Managing grain storage piles and preparing product for shipment
- Cleaning and maintaining terminal areas to meet hygiene and compliance standards
- Conducting basic quality checks on grain movement and handling
- General labouring tasks including manual handling and walking up to 20,000 steps per day
- Supporting terminal operators and other team members across departments
- $37.43/h + penalties & allowances (EBA rates)
- Guaranteed minimum 35 hours per week during quieter periods
- Variety of different rosters
- Ongoing casual role with full-time hours available
- Opportunity to upskill with machines, loader and forklift operations

- Previous experience in a terminal, warehouse, or labouring role desirable
