Great opportunity to lead the strategic sourcing of nursing and clinical equipment across Epworth HealthCare. As a senior member of the Procurement team, this role is pivotal in aligning procurement strategies with frontline clinical care, and ensuring that procurement decisions are not only cost-effective but also clinically appropriate and safe.
In this role you will actively engage with multidisciplinary clinical teams, including nursing, allied health, and medical staff, to understand operational needs and translate them into sourcing strategies that support high-quality care delivery. You will develop, lead and execute category plans aligned with clinical workflows and patient care priorities to establish a contract management framework for roll out and future management of all agreements within the business. Through the establishing and maintenance of strong working relationships with key capital/equipment providers, you will proactively generate awareness, alongside an understanding towards new procurement and supply initiatives moving forward.
