YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY
We’re searching for a highly organised, creative and detail-driven Visual Merchandising Communications & Print Manager to join our Global Visual Merchandising team on a 12-month maternity cover.
In this pivotal role, you’ll own the creation of all VM communication across our domestic and international store networks - from weekly VM updates to promotional briefs, campaign launch packs and seasonal sale communications.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves transforming information into beautiful visual communication, thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across creative, retail and operational teams.
GET EXCITED TO:
- Create weekly VM updates, promotional actions, campaign briefs and seasonal sale communications
- Prepare all store signage collateral with precision and brand alignment
- Ensure all signage, imagery and communications reflect our customer and brand identity
- Collaborate with Graphic Design, Marketing, VM, Retail Operations and external suppliers
- Coordinate the production, storage and distribution of all printed collateral across stores
- Keep pace with brand marketing to ensure VM communication is omnichannel relevant
- Maintain and track VM budgets across print, music and signage materials
- Ensure store music curation reflects customer profiles
- Build strong relationships with field leaders, Field VMs, store teams and key internal partners
- Train stakeholders on new campaign communication and signage processes
- Review and optimise signage storage solutions to reduce waste and reordering costs
THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US
- Previous experience in communication production
- Ability to translate all required signage requirements through relevant brand lens
- Strong understanding of brand fonts, colour palettes and campaign artwork creation
- Ability to create high resolution artwork for print of campaign images
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience managing budgets and working within cost parameters
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
